Good Reasons To Write
- You cannot sign in, or a sign in link never arrived.
- Answers you wrote are not showing up.
- You want your account and everything in it deleted.
- A question about whether this program fits what you are building.
- Something in a module is wrong, unclear, or broken.
Before You Write About Sign In
Two things solve most of it: use the same method you signed up with (Apple, Google, or email), and if you used an email and password, reset the password from the password reset page. If the reset email is missing, check spam before writing.
What To Include
The email address on your account, what you were doing, and what you expected instead. If it is about a specific module, name it. That is usually enough to fix it on the first reply.
