Plain language, because it is short: your account email, and the answers you write.

What Is Collected
There are two things:
- Your account identity. An email address, and, if you sign in with Apple or Google, the identifier those services return. Passwords, when you use one, are stored hashed by the authentication service and are never visible here.
- Your answers. Everything you type into a worksheet field or a Say It Back, plus which module you were last on so the site can offer to resume.
Your answers are never sold, shared, or used for advertising. Advertising measurement is separate and is described below.
Advertising And Measurement
This site runs ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, so it loads their measurement pixels on public pages. They tell us how many people who saw an ad reached the site and how many went on to buy. What they receive is limited to that:
- That a page was viewed, and that a purchase happened, with the amount paid.
- Standard technical details those services collect, such as an advertising cookie.
Never sent to them: anything you write in the program, your Brand Bible, or your account password. Those stay on your account and are not part of any ad measurement.
You can turn this off at the source. Browser tracking protection, an ad blocker, or the ad settings inside your Meta or TikTok account all stop these pixels from reporting.
Who Can Read Your Answers
Only you, from your account. Answers are stored per user with database rules that reject any request for another person’s rows. They are not reviewed, graded, or used as training material.
Sign In With Apple Or Google
If you use Apple or Google, you are redirected to them to approve the sign in. They tell this site who you are; this site does not receive your password. Apple offers a private relay address and that works fine here.
Your Rights
- Export. Download every answer as a JSON file at any time.
- Correct. Edit any answer by typing over it.
- Delete. Delete all answers, or delete the whole account. Account deletion removes your answers and your login. It cannot be undone.
All three live on the your data and backups page once you are signed in.
Retention
Answers stay until you delete them or delete your account. There is no automatic expiry, and no archived copy is kept after deletion.
Cookies And Local Storage
Two kinds. The site stores a session so you are not asked to sign in on every page, and the Meta and TikTok pixels described above set their own advertising cookies on public pages. Nothing inside the program, once you are signed in, is tracked for advertising.
Contact
Questions, or a request to delete something you cannot reach yourself: send a message through the contact form.
