The Policy, In One Line

If you buy the Brand Bible and it does not help you, ask through the contact form within 30 days of your purchase and we refund you in full. You do not have to explain yourself, finish the modules, or fill anything in.

How To Ask

• Open the contact form and use the address you paid with, or tell us what address you paid with.
• Say the word refund. That is the whole process.
• We reply within two business days and send the refund back to the card you paid with.

When The Money Lands

The refund is issued through the card network, which usually puts it back on your statement within five to ten business days. That timing is the bank’s, not ours.

What Happens To Your Access

Access to the modules ends when the refund is issued. Your own writing is still yours: export it from the your data and backups page before you ask, or tell us and we will wait for you to do it.

The Extended Edition

The same no questions asked refund applies to the Extended Edition up until your one on one strategy call has taken place. After the call, the written material is still refundable; the call itself is not, because the time has already been spent.
